                                                         ABSTRACT

This article is a part of the "Tadika Cemerlang" research project that aims to revitalize the
identity of language, culture, and local wisdom of Patani Malay people via teaching management for tadika
and community participation at Ban Benaepeenae and Ban Benaebadae communities in Yarang District,
Pattani Province. The primary target group is community researchers who want to preserve their identity,
culture, and local wisdom and transfer to their children. The research methodology is community-based
research (CBR), which focuses on processes learning and participation in action research by community
researchers themselves through meetings, focus group, workshops, and training activities that affect
community empowerment. The project's results have two main points: 1) The processes of identity,
culture, and local wisdom revitalization cooperated by community researchers to make instructional
materials and teacher training methods through the application of the MTB-BE concept for teaching in
tadika; and the enhancement and cooperation of communities and tadika to participate and manage
tadika by means of a committee to manage tadika. The research's conclusion is that ethnic disparities can
be solved by integrating local knowledge into learning in tadika. It affects students' pride and self-
confidence in their identity group, including developing language skills and level-higher thinking of
students. All of these have happened as a result of community participation and networking.
