Evaluation. The Department of Environmental Quality Promotion assigns an
external organization to conduct a mid-term evaluation, to propose improvement to the
plan and/or its implementation. The National Environment Board assigns an external
organization to conduct an evaluation at the end of the EESD Master Plan to review

performance, progress, problems, obstacles, lessons learned, success stories and other
important issues to support the drafting of the next EESD Master Plan.

This EESD Master Plan also outlines performance indicators for the assessment
of progress and outcome by EESD strategy.
