Learning management in tadika

The academic researchers and the retired education supervisor are experts with experience
and knowledge of techniques used in MTB-BE in the deep south and they can serve as facilitators to help
the community researchers, especially directors and teachers, making lesson plans, instructional
materials, and training technic methods for teachers in the workshops.
1) Lesson plan of tadika: Participants cooperated teaching grade four Malayu subjects are 12
periods per year. The lesson plans retained the concepts and until learning indicators based on OPEC
guidelines. However, they integrated the local knowledge content and instructional materials that could
develop students' language skills and critical thinking.
