DidikTV used to be under threat in the midst of some people who condemned the teacher who is
not compatible to teach and attract the students in front of the television. However, after exploring the
present media scenario and data on DidikTV, it can be safely said that DidikTV has changed significantly
over the past 2021 until 2022 in an expanded and positive manner. The advent of DidikTV has a good
effect on students and teachers in education.

               Limitation

As with any research work, there are limitations involved. Interpretation of the results should be
done with the following limitations in mind. First and foremost, the study focused on the popularity of
DidikTV as Malaysia instructional television. This was done with the news in Malaysia, DidikTV popular due
to pandemic COVID19. In general, DidikTV has the potential to remain as instructional television in
               Malaysia.

Besides, limited access to information of DidikTV is not enough data to further discussion. There
is not much paper discussing instructional television in Malaysia. DidikTV ended prematurely before it
could meet its potential. My suggestion would be a research further looking into more available datasets,
comparing DidikTV with its local competition like Astro Tutor TV or even international educational
               television.

               Conclusion

Since its creation more than 50 years ago, instructional television has been viewed by some as a
means of increasing the quality of teaching by replacing the traditional classroom teacher. In Malaysia,
instructional television has been around since 1972. But nowadays, in the twentieth century, there are 3
stations that produce educational programs for students to choose to watch.

Instructional Television in Malaysia is used to supplement traditional classroom teaching,
providing students with the opportunity to see and interact with complex topics or processes that may
otherwise be difficult to understand. This can be especially useful for topics such as science, mathematics,
and history, as visual aids can help to increase understanding and improve comprehension.
The Ministry of Education also uses ITV to broadcast lessons to rural and remote areas, where
access to a physical school or classroom may be challenging. This helps to bridge the educational gap
between urban and rural areas, providing students with access to the same educational opportunities
regardless of their location. DidikTV had a potential to go far because of the availability and public access
of the platform. As the television platform it was able to reach more audience members and supply
educational value to everyone, which sets it apart from its competition such as Astro Tutor TV. Because of
its television platform, it was able to explore the delivery of education in creative ways.

It is hoped that this study will make people aware that DidikTV enjoys great success among
Malaysian society as an instructional program. As a government initiative, it would be great if the
government continued to support DidikTV in the future.
