               accumulation;  (4)  Temperature,  there  are  several  advantages  of  thermophilic  over  mesophilic
               temperatures  are  including  destruction  of  pathogens,  higher  both  chemical  and  biological
               reaction  rates,  less  variety  of  fermentation  end-products  and  decreased  contamination  by
               hydrogen consumers.
