4.2 The “NUR”: Site-Specific Installation Art
The 'NUR' is a site-specific installation art that utilizes natural light as its source, creating a symbolic
experience to guide users towards an aesthetic encounter with local wisdom. This installation comprises
three distinct spaces, each led by the direction of natural light. Each space offers a unique ambiance and
meaning, guiding users through varying levels of light and space. The 'NUR' serves as a symbolic pavilion,
aiming to help users grasp the significance and knowledge inherent in the concept of illumination within
spiritual and physical dimensions, relating to religion, culture, and the environment, through a natural
light-based experience.
