                                 3. Comparing the level of leadership of Imam, the study shows that Imams in different
                       ages and Islamic study qualification and academic study qualification have in general and each

                       field the statically magnificent at the .01 level of different states of the leadership;  the ones who

                       have different experiences in the mosques’ study center (Tadika) have no different states of
                       leadership in general and in each field, and the ones who administrate different sizes of mosques’

                       study  center  (Tadika)  have  no  different  states  of  leadership  in  general,  but  have  statically

                       magnificent at the 0.1 level of different states of leadership in field of responsibility only, not
                       others.

                                 4. Comparing the level of roles of Imam, the study shows that Imams in different ages

                       have in general and in each field  statically magnificent at the .01 level of different roles in
                       managing Tadika; the ones with different Islamic qualification have no different in general and in

                       each field; the ones with different academic qualification have no different in general but the have

                       statically magnificent in each field of academic affairs, personal management, student affairs,

                       general and monetary administration, not public relationship affairs; the ones with the different
                       experience in managing Tadika have no different in general, but they have statically magnificent

                       at the .01 level of different roles in the management in field of personal management only, not

                       others.

                                 5. There are 4 approaches in developing the states of Imams’ leadership: vision field,
                       sharing  administration  field,  and  monitoring  process.  Whereas  there  are  5  approaches  in

                       developing  their  roles:  academic  affairs,  personal  administration,  public  relationship  affairs,

                       student affairs, and general and monetary administration.
