Based on Figure 1.7 is an arrangement and sequence of movements of the Anak Menora Dance
after the movement of the Puteri Mabuk Dance is performed. After the movement motif of the hand
position Telapak Dua with the movement motif of the foot position Duduk Lutut Tunggal, the Dance of
Anak Menora begins with the movement motif of the hand position Lenggang Menapak and Lenggang
Melimbai along with the movement motif of the foot position Berdiri and Kirat Pusing Setempat. Followed
again by the movement motifs of the hand position Layar Sirih, Susun Sirih, and Telapak Dua, along with
the foot position Duduk Lutut Tunggal movement motif.
The Anak Menora dance can be traced through specific hand and foot position movements which
are the movement motifs of the Limbai Menapak hand position, such as the Puteri Mabuk dance
movement and the Langkah Silang Sangkut foot position. The dancer starts the dance by raising the right
hand in a curve with the palm up and four fingers pointing upwards while the left hand is straight at the
side of the body with the movement of the hand position Cubit Kain on the side of the left thigh. While
the dancer raises the right hand, the right foot moves and takes a step forward with the left foot suspended
in front of the right foot with the movement motif of the foot position Langkah Silang Sangkut. The
movement motif for the position of the hands and feet will change alternately right and left. After
completing the movement motif of the hand position Limbai Menapak on the right side is performed, then
the movement motif of the hand position Limbai Menapak on the left is also performed alternately with
the movement motif of the foot position Langkah Silang Sangkut.
