Realizing the significance of electric vehicles (EVs) in the upcoming
period, EGAT has pushed ahead with EV research and development, since
2016. The EV deployment will contribute to reducing carbon emissions
from diesel combustion, saving energy costs, and decreasing air pollution
and PM2.5 emissions that affect people’s health. EGAT’s EV research
and development cover all types of vehicles, i.e., personal car, public
transportation, boat, and motorcycle. EGAT has developed EV-related
services under ‘EGAT EV Business Solutions’ as well.
