have an adviser to guide in creating a good school plan. There also should be a monitoring and
evaluating system in order to ensure the school effective operation. 3.2) on resource management,

there should be a plan for resource management in order to manage a necessary resource to

sufficiently fulfil the school needs, and teacher development was also required to ensure quality
teaching. 3.3) on encouragement/support for work operation, administrators have to create an

understanding on school work among personnel, to assign work suitable with personnel’s ability,

and to adopt the tenets of Islam as a way to encourage work operation in the schools. 3.4) on
work coordination, the schools have to bring in and use information technology to help school

personnel accessing the data and to provide a quick and easy communication. 3.5) on planning,

schools should appoint persons who are knowledgeable in planning to be responsible of school
planning, administrators need to examine evaluation form each time before using it and have to

make a conclusion of evaluation results as this information could be used to improve and develop

work operation.
