Thesis Title The Implementation Principles on Islamic Education of Administrators and
Religious Teachers in Islamic Private School in Pattani Province

ABSTRACT
This research was intended : 1) to examine the implementation of the Islamic
education principles of the administrators in Islamic private school in regard to curriculum and
aims and objectives of education; 2) to examine the implementation of the Islamic education
principles of the religious teachers in Islamic private school in regard to teachers’ characteristics,
teachers’ ethic, and teaching methods; 3) to examine the compared means of the implementation
of the Islamic education principles of the religious teachers in Islamic private school across sexes,
ages, educational backgrounds, teaching experiences, and school sizes; and 4) to delineate the
problems and suggestions in relation to the implementation principles on Islamic education of
administrators and religious teachers in Islamic private school.
The samples of this study consisted of 34 administrators and 288 religious
teachers from the total population of 1628. The data was collected using questionnaires. The
analysis of data was based on percentage, arithmetic means, standard deviation, t-test and F-test.
The results of the study are as follows:
1) In overall and in each aspect, the implementation of Islamic education
principles of administrators is in the high level with the exception of curriculum which is in the
moderate level.
2) In overall and in each aspect, the implementation of Islamic education
principles of religious teachers is in the high level.
3) In overall, the compared means of the implementation of Islamic education
principles of religious teachers across school sizes is significantly different with the exception of
sexes, ages, educational backgrounds, and teaching experiences.
