were not concerned with the school environment, lack of its understanding and they make a little
cooperation. Therefore, organization of workshop providing an understanding of operation process
in strategic management should be conducted. All parties concerned should be given opportunities
to get involved in the analysis of both internal and external school environment.
2) On the formulation of school direction, it was found that the formulation of the
school direction was unclear and lack of supporting budget. Thus, there shall be a consultation
meeting and a collaborative planning to make a clear formulation of the school direction that can be
possibly implemented.
3) On the formulation of school strategy, it was found that no brainstorming session
among participants was made in this regard and the formulation of school strategy was also unclear.
Thus, there shall be a brainstorming session to collect ideas from all parties concerned to be used
for formulating a clear school strategy.
4) On the implementation of school strategy, it was found that the implementation
of school strategy was not in according to or less responsive to the defined strategy. Consequently,
the work operation was ineffective. Therefore, there shall be a joint plan meeting to appoint persons
responsible for each program /project /activity in a clear manner in order for them to implement the
school strategy in compliance with the strategy that has been laid down.
5) On the operation in strategic control, monitor and evaluation of the schools, it
was found that the related information obtained, for sometimes, was inaccurate and unclear, the
schools lack of instruments and personnel expertise. Therefore, the schools administrators should
monitor work operation regularly. A calendar for strategic control, monitor and evaluation of the
schools should be provided and a summary report of overall schools’ work operation to all parties
concerned should also be made.
