The proposed suggestions and guidelines for developing academic affairs

Management as follows:-

1. The curriculum: The local curriculum should be developed in accordance with
the conditions of each local context, by giving importance to community. Curriculum showed be

designed in response to students’ potential and be continuously developed. Training and seminar

on curriculum development and its implementation showed be conducted.

2. The leaning process: There Should be a focus on reading and critical thinking.
Students need to learn life experience from the reality. Student-centered learning be organized and

teachers need to adopt a vanity of strategy to encourage Student learning. Selecting suitable

learning activities as well as organizing appropriate learning process showed also be emphasized.
3. Media, technology and teaching: Media and technology should be sufficiently

provided to facilitate teaching and learning. Data search system must be accessible by all. The

development of media, technology for teaching and learning showed be promoted and the schools
showed encourage teachers to develop instructional media for all subjects.

4. Assessment and evaluation: Assessment and evaluation should be conducted

based on reality thing. All academic and religion subject teachers must get involved in training /
seminar on assessment and evaluation, so that everyone would make to the same practice as for as

the assessment and evaluation are concerned. There should be remedial class for students who fair

in their evaluation and a follow-up evaluation results and reporting study results to students and

guardians showed always be conducted by the schools.
