                       There were no significant different for overall internal quality assurance operation based on

                       educational qualification difference. A statistically significant difference at .01 was found for

                       overall  dimensions  of  internal  quality  assurance  operation  based  on  working  experience

                       difference. On the dimension of taking evaluation results for work improvement, it was found a

                       statistically significant difference at .01. On making an annual report, the overall result showed

                       that no statistically significant difference based on school size difference.

                                     3) The suggestions and solutions to  the problems related to internal  quality

                       assurance operation in Islamic private schools in Satun were as follows; schools and their top

                       affiliated units should  have work plans  or projects  that help promoting  teachers to  develop


                       awareness and to perceive the importance of internal quality assurance operation in schools, a

                       continued and sufficient budget should be provided, library with books, sample of researches or

                       documents should be available so that teachers can search and seek more knowledge, showing

                       concern on teachers should be adopted by taking care, giving attention, providing supervision and

                       consultation and following up with respect to internal quality assurance operation in school on a

                       regular and continuing basis, especially for those teachers who have more than 5 years of teaching

                       experience, seminar on internal quality assurance operation in school for exchanging problems

                       and solutions should also be conducted.
