                                                The result is findings:

                                     1.  When one Muslim died, all his or her properties and some his right

                        must be managed according to Islamic regulation and spread it to those who have the

                       if the condition is completed. The debt between man to man, to pay the Fine Instead of

                       heritage if there is some harmfulness to the others, to redeem a mortgage or a pawn. Using

                       in the corpse management. Pay to whom it may concern or under the responsibility of

                       heritage himself. Paying all other debts by following the instruction of  the testament and

                       separate among his descendants.

                                     2.  The problem of Muslims in Satun is they have low understanding of

                       Islamic education.  From  this  case  it  causes  of  lack  of  understanding  of  heritage

                       knowledge. This is because this subject is not consist in educational curriculum both in

                       private and government school. Except some institution such as in college or University.

                       So the management of death heritage depends on Islamic leaders who understand about

                       this case.

                                     3.  The heritage management of Muslim’s in Satun has various problems

                        And obstacles. For example the descendant ignored to divide the heritage in a suitable

                       time, he governed by oneself and use as private benefit. This case is effected to other

                       descendant and those who have right in this properties.

                                     4.  The solution of these problems are the government or private school


                        contain and recommend the heritage subject in secondary level or University level as
                       compulsory. At  the same  time there  will be  a conference  or Islamic  leaders  training
