                                                          ABSTRACT



                                The study of  Muslim way of life and Education Management in the Community : A
                       Case Study of Islamic Education Center of Najmuddeen Mosque (TADIKA) Tambon Saikao,

                       Amphoe Kok Pho, Changwat Pattani is a qualitative research with purposes: 1) to study the

                       community background, the development of the TADIKA from the past to the present as well as
                       the transmission of the knowledge and the role of the community in developing the  youth in the

                       community 2) to study the knowledge management in accordance with (the Islam) of religious the

                       community 3) to study the relationship between the community0s way of life and the education
                       management  of  the  TADIKA.  The  data  collected  from  17  key  informations.  Through

                       questionnaires, observation and group discussion.

                                 The research found that the way of life in the Kuan Langnga community has been

                       actively involved with Islam wherein the religious educational institute links the people with the
                       religion by means of learning process and the community management. This can be from the fact

                       that the wide ranges of the community members, from the children to the people in general,

                       including  the  religious  and  administrative  leaders,  take  part  in  the  religious  activity  of  the

                       community.
                                 The purpose of the Islamic education of the community is, first, to strengthen the

                       religious belief and second, to indoctrinate the pupils so the they can perform religious duty in

                       their daily life. Participation process, discussion, talking about the past and the present and the
                       religious activities had been integrated and became lessons to be taught to children and youth so

                       that they could handle with the change of the community.
